Wednesday 20 May 2009: Straight from the sea
We bought these mackerel from the fish stall in the village market this morning. The stall is a family-run business selling only fish caught by the family. So we're very lucky. We have fresh fish every Wednesday. We took these straight to the garden and cooked them on the barbecue - a delicious lunch.
