ONE STONE AWARD

Had a quiet day just me and the kitties. I did a few jobs around the house - it certainly wasn't the weather for outdoor tasks. It was a howling gale for most of the day and rainy. We even had hailstones at one point.

Went to slimming club at 5pm. I lost 2½ pounds this week - total weight loss 1 stone 1½ pounds. I got my certificate and sticker for losing a stone. Pleased to lose this amount of weight in only 7 weeks.

Nothing else to report except that the cat food I ordered online arrived this afternoon - good job as I had totally run out. Its James Wellbeloved ( great name ! ) dry food and I leave a bowl of this out all the time in case they want a nibble. They mainly eat wet food in pouches.
