100th Parkrun

After being away for four Saturdays, today I was Run Director at Parkrun and it wasn't until I returned home and received my volunteer thank you e-mail that I discovered it had been my 100th volunteering, 97th at Myrtle.

It was a lovely, warm morning and spirits were high amongst runners, joggers, walkers and volunteers, a grand start to the day.
