Butter Wouldn't Melt

Day 18 in South Africa saw us head to the Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park in KwaZulu-Natal, This is the oldest Natural Game Park in Africa and was the savior of White Rhino as a species in the wild. We split out time between Hilltop Camp in the North (Hluhluwe) and Mpila Camp in the South (iMfolozi) at Hill Top we had a Rondaval that was situated close to a wooded walking trai where you could see & hear Samango Monkeys crash through the trees as they kept pace with you and also Warthogs as they foraged in the undergrowth. The Camp Centre had a fantastic Restaurant that sits on the edge of the escarpment with superb views down to the river valley way below and Eagles & Vultures hung on thermals right in front of you.
