I love these huge oriental poppies (Himself does not!!) ..... any reds are awful for me to capture with the camera and I was going to cheat and just use the centre but this didn't come out too badly at all.
Very slight crop and a sharpen and hey presto ....

If you're into churches (and views and birds) you might like to take a peep at yesterday's journal entry and also at a "contre-jour" of a pigeon last year - with a bonus fly!!
