Who knows?

Ominous street markings have appeared directly outside our front door. I say ominous because we think they’re to do with the council gathering all the street’s rubbish bins into one, large, stinking, vermin-attractive, f-you spot and without even the hint of a council tax rebate.
Anyway, quite how the markings relate to mixed recycling, bottle recycling, mixed recycling and general rubbish (fly tipping probably doesn’t get a designated spot) is anybody’s guess.
