Is it Summer Yet?

Slightly better than my typical Manic or Mundane Monday... after work today I met up with a girlfriend so we could run dreaded errands together, thus making them much less dreadful.

Then in celebration of a little sunshine and the start of July, we treated ourselves to salad and flammkuchen at a quaint cafe called Niagara (minus the falls) along the river (where I promptly doused my white jeans with balsamic vinaigrette!).

Before heading home I grabbed this shot of the lovely Kettwig skyline. I've photographed it several times in recent weeks, but never seem to have selected it for the blip of the day - until now :)
