Goddards garden

The family weekend finished with breakfast/brunch at my parents house. Luckily the weather was glorious as it would have been very cosy if the 16 of us had been inside rather than sat in the garden! A loaf and a half of grandad’s bread (that my dad makes in a bread machine), a large pile of my mum’s homemade muffins and lots of croissants and pain au chocolat disappeared.

In the afternoon my parents and I had a lovely stroll around the garden at Goddards. The Terry family (the chocolate orange Terrys) home, now owned by the national trust.
