Findhorn

The Tour is over but the orienteering continues with the Scottish Six Day Orienteering Event which begins tomorrow on the Moray Firth. I booked our accommodation straight after the last Six Days in 2011 and we are not disappointed. It is a very pretty and comfortable cottage in the fishing village of Findhorn.

After the very enjoyable but non stop pressure of the last week, it is good to relax before the competition and we have just returned from a walk along the shore and round the spit before race preparation, bath time and bed. I just hope the horrible head cold I have been carrying around for the last two weeks doesn't prevent me from enjoying the orienteering.
