Hi ho Silver

Met this poor pony when Logan & I were out this morning, I say 'poor' because it looks half blinded by its head gear, although I appreciate the fancy mask is there to stop the flies being too annoying, it does make the the pony look like a fugitive from justice.

Also on our walk we kept passing (they were going downhill as we were going up) elderly ladies, none of whom was really dressed for a walk in the countryside* then we passed the coach that was trying to get down the narrow lane past the truck that hadn't parked very well and the mini digger that wasn't parked at all...was tempted to hang about just to add to the chaos but thought better of it!

Off to German quiz night later on, hoping not to do as badly as last time...if you hear no more then assume the worst!

* Germans take their 'wanderungen' seriously and are usually attired head to toe in Jack Wolfskin plus rucksack and nordic poles & of course compulsary sensible footwear - some of these ladies had sandals on.
