Surprise!

After a long, hot day in London, with 3 meetings, and a HUGE disappointment, it was great to get on the train at King's Cross to be greeted, unexpectedly, by my blipmate, Allan. The 4 hours flew by as we talked about loads of stuff and drankG and Ts and wine. Such fun !

Got back as the fireworks fired off the Castle to mark the Tattoo finale. Standing still to watch them meant I missed 2 buses. But I like feu d'artifice!

So home to a city that is still hooching. London was wmpty and very quiet in comparison.
