This is a newsagent.

A newsagent is a shop specialising in the sale of newspapers and magazines (remember what they were?) I popped my head through the door and smelt the sweet aroma of sherbet, reminding me of my childhood. We had to save up for refined sugar in those days!

I'm in Hertford for my friend Jane's Private View and to celebrate Chris Davalles's birthday.
