Shredding!

Portland, Day 7

Another gloriously sunny day here. Portland's reputation for being as rainy as Manchester is, so far, not being lived up to at all! I'm beginning to suspect that it's just a myth that the locals propagate in order to discourage outsiders from moving here!

Today was therefore another outdoorsy one, with a lovely hike at Lower Macleay Park followed by a well-earned lounge in the sun at Gabriel Park, overlooking the skate park. I was very tempted to have a go myself but good sense prevailed and what remains of my dignity was preserved for another day!
