Brotherswater

After carrying a rather heavy tripod, a camera and three lenses along the path to Brotherswater, The Man showed astonishment to see me clicking away with the iPhone!

"It's a competition!" No further explanation needed.

However, it'll have to be remarkable to make me want a phone picture in my journal when I could have used a DSLR. Well, I mean, my phone has no threaded hole for a tripod, for starters, and nowhere to clip the ND filters! I'm jolly luck if my fingers aren't covering the aperture.

I left it a bit late to go out looking for a blip, the light was going fast. It was getting rather cold, wet and windy as we hurried into the car.
