White-fronted Tern/Tara/Sterna striata

Woke late this morning and very sore - all that sitting and driving not good for my physical limitations.

Take-away coffee enjoyed down at the Andy Bay Inlet where the terns were busy fishing. This juvenile was quite capable of flying and fishing for itself but played the baby role to perfection. Mum and Dad Tern were very busy finding enough to feed the greedy little blighter. They are such agile birds and have a lovely call which is constant when they are fishing.
