Meet the neighbours!!

We have travelled from Tauranga to Wellsford which is north of Auckland. A taste of a busy motorway road and loads of manic traffic (tailgating par excellence!!)

After checking in we went back down the road to the Dome Forest area to do a bit of a walk to stretch the legs!! Faced with more steps, different to the ones yesterday, we headed out for 30 minutes and as we were still in the middle of the forest, we turned back to the car park. My lungs and knees stood up to the task remarkably well considering.

Whilst exploring the area round the motel (as we are in the country) I found this beauty in the adjoining field!!!
