First Catch of this spring - A Blackbird!

Today it has been a marvellous spring day - and a Blackbird has a really hopeful face hunting snalis, worms, anything to eat, jumping here and there in our backyard.

(Sorry about the strong backlight - sun was shining against the camera - this is the best I got today - but if I find some swans on my afternoon walk, I'll change the Blackbird to Swans.)

I think the Blackbird is cute, though.

Quite dusty, +11c, partly sunny, strong western wind.
