does she look 35?

My lovely, 16 year old daughter in 'costume' for her GCSE school drama assessment - her part in the play was a '35 year old' woman! She donned a black party dress and curled her hair in order to look older...the sort of thing I am sure I do to look younger!

Caught her on our stairs this early evening as the whirlwind of her young sister raged around us over some perceived injustice. Her overdeveloped sense of right and wrong better be used for some good some day is all I can say...

And that would be another work week brought to an end - a mammoth amount of meetings and decisions and steps forward and hand wringing but all in the right directions - alongside the usual melee of children's needs...a busy life indeed.
