Defying Gravity

Said goodbye to the Poores this morning and set off to the great ocean road. Took a funny dirt track to Bells beach and almost bumped into a kangaroo on the way. We just took a picture and the headed on. Next stops were Airlies Inlet, then Lorne and then we had lunch at Apollo bay. Johnny Watson went to get and get his chips from the fish and chip shop to eat with his steak at the cafe!
We then stopped at the 12 aposilles which was the most touristy bit of the drive. It was very pretty though.
Also saw 'London bridge and the arch'. Stopped at some other scenic places on the road. Drove whilst the sun was setting and we finally arrived in Port Fairy. Found a place called Comfort Inn for the night. Nicest place we have stayed in so far. Also get breakfast included! Went to such a cool pizza place for supper. The kitchen is at the front of the bar with big glass windows so you can see them cooking. Really good pizza and cool guys that ran the place. Fun evening.
