Forty three quid for a pair of kid's shoes?????!!!

I made it through the border and into Scotland. This is my first stop in the borders at a village called Biggar where a lot of the shops have remained architecturally unchanged since I was young.

In some cases the things they sell haven't changed either. I definitely remember wearing shoes like these asa girl. Pricey though!
