8 Spotted Skimmer

These fellas are so pretty, and in the sunlight it was amazingly beautiful! There seems to be a lack of birds in our garden...not sure if it's because we were gone for a while or what? Even the swallows that fly over the pond at night have disappeared. It seems so quiet.
