The humble Brassica

There are a few of them including cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts.

I like them all - depending on how they're cooked. Some I like more hidden than upfront.

I'm glad it's the end of the week. It's been a tough one. I was going to head around home and put some more fitting things up with the helpful bloke, but he's running later than I know I'll be useful in a very cold house. Best to wait for another time.

Can't tell you anything more about my home. Most of all I think I need a bit of a break from the whole thing some time this weekend.

The fur child and I spotted the growing broccoli head as I took him on his later afternoon poke and sniff. I like how it's nestled and quietly developing.
