Raspberry

A day of preparing and packing for the trip to Maine. Soon Raspberry will be wailing her way to Maine!

A lovely surprise this afternoon. We had a text from our friend S on her way back from the Cape to Freeport, asking if we were home. She stopped to see us and to let the traffic wave pass a bit, it's always so heavy heading north on Sundays. We chatted and then went out for a delicious Thai dinner. She was soon on the road again and through Boston by 7pm with a couple more hours to go before Maine and home. We'll stop in to see her on our way home from Machiasport in a couple of weeks.

This day came in overcast and humid with a few showers. It's still humid, bahhhhh.
