Lemon Sole for Dinner

Delicious meal at The Old Bridge Inn, Aviemore. Lemon Sole served with langoustines, rice noodles and lemon grass sauce. Tasty tomato and fennel soup to start.

Travelled up north on a short tour around Scotland with our guests from Singapore. We stopped at The Hermitage, Dunkeld, to see Ossian's Hall and the waterfall, the totem pole and the Hermit's Cave. On to Pitlochry, and up beyond Moulin, to enjoy views across the valley.

Great drive over Drumochtar Pass, spectacular views. After dinner a walk at Loch an Eilein, to see the castle built by the Alexander Stewart, Wolf of Badernoch, in the 15th Century.
