Eye to Eye Contact

We went for a lovely walk around the old gravel pits (now a nature reserve), which was so full of interesting things to see and take photos of that it took up most of the day. I've never seen more dragonflies in one place in all my life, so I thought I would have a go at getting some in flight - this one hovered in front of me, checking me out for so long that I managed to get several shots of him, head on!!
Anyway, I am now trying to sort out my photos, Blip and cook a roast dinner at the same time - a recipe for disaster!! - I will catch up on all your lovely blips as soon as I can :-))
