Wants and needs

I've gotten it in my head that I need a mountain bike. Just a cheap second-hand one I told B - fifty quid tops.
Having had a good look on eBay I've decided it HAS to be a Kona. Nothing else will do. Amazingly, what I've done in the meantime, is buy a pair of cheap knobblies and a 22 tooth rear sprocket for the OM Flyer so I can use it as a stopgap/tryout. That way I won't be throwing 250 at the first Kona that mesmerises me into buying it. Hopefully.
Just tried it. Definitely need a smaller chainring... or a Kona.
