For Christmas I bought B this book. Unfortunately she's been tied up with studies and deadlines and late nights bent over a laptop. So, as with all presents bought vicariously (I think that's most of the presents I buy - especially for Arthur), I've been using it.
This is chilli and lime chocolate. Dead simple: 200g dark choc; zest of 1 lime, half ounce of butter, 1 tsp chilli flakes, pinch of salt.
Melt, mix and cool.
