Not a wide-mouthed frog........

...but a wide-angled Pudz!

My new lens arrived today so, of course, it had to extensively test-driven!

Things I've just learned about wide angle lenses:

* you can fit an enormous lot of space into one shot!
* feet get in the way of vertical shots
* arms look ridiculously long and deformed in hand-held self portraits
* cats don't like the lens in their faces!
* you can achieve some very un-balancing shots quite easily
* subjects need to be just about in the camera for best effect (in my view!)
* small rooms look huge!
* there's a truck load of potential for huge amounts of fun with one!
