A girl's day out
Headed south to be with Mum, after being a guinea pig for Mr.M senior. He's doing a Hypnotherapy course and I willingly rested my aching back for an hour and felt very refreshed and my pain level was greatly reduced.

My own Dad had a day visit to a very "Nice" hospital in Clydebank. A test or two and home for 8pm. Mum was pleased to see his smiling face, but not as happy as he is to finally have the plan ready to be put in place soon. He awaits "The phone call".
The blip is of a favourite display of my sister's on her window sill. I have always loved poppies and so much so, it became a nickname of mine a while ago.
