Monday 24 May 2010: Sunrise in the Canaries
6:09am Monday morning - but not like waking up at home in Brum. It's the day after the Iron Man contest ended here in Lanzarote - this involves over a thousand nutters sea swimming 3.5km, cycling 180km and running a marathon at the end. All this in around 25 degrees. Truly Iron Men (and Women).
