You've bee framed

For anyone that was wondering what I was on about yesterday here is my bee framer. It's just a large paper clip on the end of a bit of half inch balsa wood mounted on the bottom of the camera with a tripod screw.
The idea is to pre-focus on or just in front of the plane of the frame (which is just a bit bigger than the picture so it isn't in shot) and chase bees around at 6 fps hoping that something gets taken that is in focus and in the frame.
It'd be a complete waste of time and money if digital hadn't been invented.
BTW I made the frame about 2.5" across the diagonal so it's about 14-15" from the film plane with a 100mm lens. It is always going to be a compromise between sufficient DoF, size of bee within the image and just getting the thing in frame.
