A few blippers met up today for a blast round Glentress. And what a grand day out.
And what a day for it - blue skies and sunshine.
This is our own Joe Blogs showing off his BMX heritage and proving he's a middle aged dirtbag!
Now I've got that happy, warm and slightly achy glow that comes from the exercise and mild peril.
