Tuesday 16 November 2010: Confused...
These poor little buds, confused about what time of year it is. It's the middle of November, many of the leaves have fallen from the trees. But one thing we've noticed is that many of the trees and bushes have already started to grow new buds as if it were Spring!
It's already 52F (11C), and it's only 10:30 a.m.! Not the typical weather for Connecticut this time of year. The birds were chirping when I went out to take this shot. (Yes, I was in my jammies again) I just figure that people drive by and say "Oh, there's that nutty lady with the camera again....look, she's wearing penguin pajamas today!"
