Sunday 12 December 2010: Celtic fruit cage 1
Cold and grey, perfect for getting all the Christmas cards done and catching up with the papers. The tree is up, the wreaths in place, the cake made, most presents achieved, just need a bit of mistletoe now!
This is the first glimpse of the fruit cage - actually very hard to photo as it blends in very well and is hard to spot. It's octagonal with hoops meeting in the centre. Each hoop has a curly Celtic motif and this first one has just gone up. It's going to look far too nice to cover with netting though!!
