Thursday 16 December 2010: And the North wind doth blow...
Looks like the weather boys got the forecast spot on. It was almost uncanny, especially the way they predicted how the wind would change direction as it toyed with our feeble brains to catch us out with snow drifts and wind driven blasts of horizontal blizzards.
Despite letting the East and West winds have a wee shot, the North wind was behind it all and I think shall have more fun with us before the week is out.
So we're hiding inside. Pretty much anything we would have gone out to do this evening has been cancelled and we're just going to enjoy an evening of arguing over which way the tree should be decorated.
Looking out it kind of feels like we're living in an old christmas card.
