Tuesday 30 April 2013: Home...

A year ago tonight I moved into the flat I now call home.

At the time I had no idea how long I would be here.

The journey that brought me here was full of tough decisions and some heartache but when I awoke in my new place on May 1st 2012, I opened the curtains on a new chapter; the sun was shining and I knew life was good.

That first week holds some really special memories and now I find myself lucky enough to still be here one year on.

I'm not sure I have a strong sense of belonging but I know I can certainly call this place home.
