Beeautiful!

I had a picture of the squirrel trying to get into the squirrel-proof feeder (he won't give up!), but this won for today's blip. I can't believe the detail the macro function on the camera can pick up - it blows me away every time. I love looking at mini creatures close up - zooming in on details you can't normally see. Look at the furriness of the bumblebee, and his little feet, and his massive eye. Wonderful! Yay for the macro function! Yay for the glorious (and now endangered, I believe) bumblebee!!

I'm sure there will be another squirrel picture. He's bound to keep trying to get into the feeder. And I'll be waiting.
