Last of the summer flowers

I didn't take a lot of photos today which in some ways is dissapointing as it is something I am enjoying since finding blip, on the other hand by only taking a few it was an easier decision on which one to post. This is the reason why I took so few today.

I have been thinking for a while now that I needed to upgrade my point and shoot digital for a digital SLR.

I have no idea what I am doing but I feel I am at the point now where I would like to try different types of photography and experiment. So after many hours trawling through various web pages, magazines and asking advice I took the plunge today.

I have bought a Pentax K100D with all its kit, I really hope I have chosen wisely. Only time will tell!!!!

So I am off now to read all the instructions, charge batteries and get my head around what all those different F numbers that a lot of blippers are using when taking their photos. I cant wait to try it out.
