Optimism

I thought I had summed up optimism this evening when I went to the shop in sandals despite it being January (well it is 5 degrees now! ) but then I got this framed card as a gift tonight and it hit the O spot.
My friend came over for a late Christmas present exchange , she is great at present buying and this was another gem . It's a
" Quoteable Frame" and comes with a few brilliant quote cards to go in it. This is my favourite.
It's even better as this weekend last year was a tough one and she was there with unending support.
The difference a year makes is amazing, life's good and I genuinely feel more good things are round the corner .
A grand evening finished off by going to see The King's Speech... Colin Firth still has it ( I am sure my appraisal is vital to him, never mind that Golden Globe! )
