Sunday 20 March 2011: not in the middle of the year
Ideally the moon would have been behind the pylon or above the former bridge supports but it's never quite in the right place, or rather things haven't been built in the right place to take advantage of the occasional appearance of the moon behind where they should be.
More temporary unassisted standing (for up to ten seconds) from the wingpiglet today, though he now seems to have twigged that it's something he's supposed to be doing (and that the aim isn't to immediately fall into the hands of the nearest parent) and has started grinning whilst doing it, as he does when his hands are held and he's walked around the house.
