Wednesday 4 April 2012: APPLE BLOSSOM
Snow has almost gone here but its windy and freezing cold. A lot of homes on higher ground have been without power since last night - snow brought down power lines. Glad I wasn't affected.
Usual visit to Asda this morning. It was packed due to school holidays and Easter coming up. This afternoon I would rather have stayed home in the warm but I had to walk down to the village to pick up my ( correct compression ) support stockings.
Blip today is Apple Blossom in my garden. A touch of Spring in the wintry weather.
