Almonds

Nice to see that the blossom I blipped here has resulted in these almonds by the path to our garden. The tree belongs to a neighbour and in any case produces bitter almonds but they are still a promising sign on a chilly day when we'd hoped to have lunch in the garden but came home to warm up instead.
