Tuesday 17 April 2012: Garland
garland
for a king
cherry blossom
In another of those cyclical Blipfoto moments, here is another take on the cherry blossom outside the old Building of Bradford College, which I brought to you on April 19th last year. This is also the immediate neighbour of another stone head on the building which I included in the journal a little over a year ago. As the architecture of the building is classical, I assume that the heads are of Greek gods or kings, but which they are I don't know.
I've also done my first two archive blips today, for no other reason than I was sorting through some old images in the hope that some day I will know where everything is: On the Beach from April 2009 and Oakwell Hall from April 2010. I guess I was having an April day.
