N is for .......................... Newlyn

Week 14 of the alphabet challenge.

Newlyn is a little fishing port in West Cornwall. If you ever visit Cornwall and want to buy fresh fish that has just come off the boat then Newlyn is the place to be.

We haven't really spent a great deal of time in Newlyn before so we had a lovely afternoon just mooching about the place. There's some really pretty little cottages and narrow lanes. The other thing we noticed was ................... there appears to be a lot of pubs for such a small place and can only imagine it must be because there are so many fisherman around who want a 'pint' when they've finished work?!!
