Friday 4 May 2012: Baaaah!
This has been a very short day after a big unplanned lie in, i think i must have needed it.
Anyway, after topping up my summer wardrobe ready for my hols next week i went for a drive into the surrounding countryside to look for a blip. I had a walk round the church graveyard at Barston which looked gorgeous with a carpet of bluebells around the old tombstones. However, i couldn't resist this lovely ewe in the neighbouring field. She had her 2 rather plump lambs at her side but seemed very friendly and even tolerated a stroke of her nose. :-)
I've now got a bolognaise bubbling in the pan and a glass of red poured ready for a chill out night. I better not over indulge too much as i'm meeting up with Lucie and Kate tomorrow. Fingers crossed the weather will be kind.
