Monday 6 August 2012: Festival 4 - A motley crew

Today it rained for most of the day although, at some point, the sun made an appearance. That's when I was indoors working. On my way to and back from work, it was miserably wet!

However, this didn't stop people to go outside and enjoy the atmosphere in the street. Most people were wearing umbrellas or assorted waterprof gear, even the performers. this bunch seemed to be not too bothered though!

I felt really sorry for everybody going to see the Edinburgh Military Tattoo this evening, but even more so for the performers. At least the audience can wear ponchos, the performers can't!

Not much more happening really. Relaxing now at home.
