Thursday: K. Sees The Light

Well, while on holiday last week K. lost misplaced her glasses and they have never been since.  We did think we knew where she we had left them, but the place where we had been staying claimed not to have seen them.

For the last two nights, we have had to place the armchair about three inches in front of the TV and K. has had to wear her prescription sunglasses in the house (even though it has been grey and not in the least sunny).

The crunch came today, however, when K. claimed felt that she couldn't do the ironing as she couldn't see!  So it was off to the opticians tonight and now she has not one but two pairs of glasses.
