Cracker

Walking with the "B" team today and it was a cracker day. It was also a cracker night last night as the end of yet another festival in our small town was celebrated with the inevitable fireworks display.
Dog Question...Does anyone care about fireworks displays anymore?
The Boss and Bossess attended the biggie New Years display in Sydney Australia some years ago and THAT was a real fireworks display. I mean the local home grown affairs where $10,000.00 is set fire and gone in 5 minutes and the only effect is to upset every animal in the town and interrupt the serious drinking for a few minutes. THAT sort. Often associated with a sporting event. Does anyone really care? Maybe I am just a grumpy dog but there is usually a lot of money associated with these 5 minute bang feasts and I can't help but think that sum could be used in a better and more fun way. SO What do you think?

The picture was taken before the walk as The Boss loves the Bannockburn area we were going to but not on a cracker sunny day with a big blue sky. He prefers stormy with continuous lightning. Hey...Leave me home thanks....Sigh
