Hanging in There

An afternoon on the garden, mostly hand weeding., including around these two which make a rather nice, if accidental pairing.   Mimulus aurantiacus and Gentiana septemfida, both somewhat reduced in size due to the conditions here but they've survived to flower in a second summer after both were released from their seed pots soon after we moved in.

And talking of moving in, Jamie's been officially offered a flat in the block where Katie lives and could be moving in there early next month.   Today, taking advantage of a longer session with Tim, he went shopping in Aberystwyth for some of the things he will need when setting up in the flat.  Exciting times :-)

A couple of appointments with Jamie this morning, gardening the afternoon and work this evening with odd bits of admin sandwiched in between made up my day.
