Identification - Melanitis phedima - Dark Evening Brown.

Funny, after yesterday's butterfly extravaganza, all I could see today were butterflies.

This newly emerged brown was an easy pick though, in its totally blemish free perfection and with the cast off pupa casing right there.

Still recovering from yesterday's trip. I am aching all over, especially the legs. I don't really understand why - yes, there was more than usual walking and the blip session was longer than usual, but I wouldn't have thought enough to cause this level of discomfort. Starting to loosen up now though, after the morning bug safari session.
